Molly, after a brief foray into a university degree, discovered her passion for construction and is currently in her first year as an apprentice. Helena transitioned from a hospitality background to the construction scene, embracing the active and dynamic environment as a third-year apprentice. These women, with diverse paths leading to the same industry, are carving out spaces for themselves while smashing stereotypes.
