The macros have been more volatile than crypto lately and this is a repeated phrase on the show for days on end. There was also a healthy bit of news with the highlight being Japans announcement of their intent to venture into NFTs and the blockchain.

With no prior guest of the day, we had our favorite special guest, the community. The stage was full by the time we got into the main subject of the day, which was Hiring and employment in our space. There were lots of great points made and different perspectives shared on the different positions for a web3 project and the way that roles are created by the community. Founders and those looking to work in the industry are advised to give this episode a listen.
