My guest today has been dubbed the 'Millennial Money Witch' by Forbes, but you may know her better as Jessie DaSilva. Her 3-point formula to monetary success has its roots in magic - yep, that's right, she isn't called the money witch for nothing!
An intuitive mindset coach and business consultant, she helps entrepreneurs start and scale businesses, helps CEOs create supportive business cultures that increase profits and retain top talent, and helps unhappy employees find their dream jobs at dream companies for dream pay.

Today I'm talking all about being visible - more specifically, the challenges this can bring.
We are our personal brands - we should show up in our finest authenticity. It's not always that easy though!
Exposure can be really frightening. We feel like people will see right into our souls and it can make us want to hide. In a practical sense this can mean hiding from others by not showing up on social media, whereas on a deeper level it can mean you are suppressing who you truly are and hiding from yourself.
But if you hide who you are, how will you attract the people who need you most? You need to show up and articulate your unique message in order to magnetise your soul clients - drawing them in with that attraction marketing that allows your message to reach them and resonate deep within.
Like any brand marketing, it's all about differentiation - it's just this time the brand is you!
It's time to overcome your inhibitions and show up intentionally - not just for you, but for the people who need to hear your message. Show them what makes you uniquely you.

She's on a mission to help women find the words they need to express what they do and why they do it, so they can support more clients. In other words, she writes sales copy.
An expert former-hider, her motto is 'Speak up, so the world can listen'.
As women in business, it can be especially hard for us to push our visibility. Often, we accept supporting roles and hide behind the scenes - it's part of being a nurturer. This is a beautiful thing, but we need to learn to give our opinions and be seen. How else will our soul clients find us?!

March 22, 2022 082: Signs From The Universe To Guide You
Today I'm talking all about signs and signals from the universe. Do you believe in them?
Every time I feel high vibe and fantastic I see green parrots. I know there are some that live in my local woods, but they only ever appear when I'm experiencing genuine ease with non-attachment and allowing my vibrations to rise.
When I went through my surrogacy journey it was the song Luka by Suzanne Vega that kept cropping up along the way. Every time I heard it I felt reassured that everything was going OK.
But why do we get these signals?
It's all about leaning in with trust - feeling the certainty that things are working out for you, not necessarily in this moment, but for the highest good. As soon as you have trust you can move forward with enthusiasm and momentum and signs and signals are a great way of acknowledging this trust. They let us pursue our dreams even when it feels difficult in the moment.
This week I share details of my daily Pranic Healing practice that I do in the woods every day. It will help release negative blocks, increase levels of trust and gratitude, as well as offer an opportunity to call in help from your guides.
Are there some ways that you can let in the reassurance from the universe, even in times of struggle?

What does resistance mean to you, and do you ever feel it within your body?
I'm very sensitive to energy, easily taking on the feelings, ideas and emotions of others around me. Perhaps you're the same? For me, it manifests as a feeling in my throat before my conscious mind has even clicked in.
At first I was really resistant to this feeling - it felt like a blocker. Now, I feel grateful for it and able to take the steps needed to release the resistance.
Does it show up in your body too? Do you have similar feelings you can tune in to?
Overcoming resistance is all about recognising these feelings and seeing how they can be reframed. What benefits are there to these feelings? Could the story be different if you allow it to be?

February 15, 2022 077: Rock Your Discovery Calls
We all talk the talk about stepping outside of our comfort zone, but are we really walking the walk?
In this week's episode I talk about a time when I pushed through my comfort zone, and it relates to discovery calls. So many of us lose our nerve with these, especially if we think of them as sales calls. If you're not in control, they can easily become a free coaching session and a bit of a minefield.
To up level these calls and therefore your business, you need to push against that edge.
Take the lead from the beginning - set yourself up as the authority by outlining the content of the call, before informing them how you help your clients and introducing your programme.
But what happens at the end of the call?
It can feel icky when you end a call - you don't want to be pushy or sell too hard. But by being wishy-washy and soft you're not serving your clients at all.
It's not about being pushy - it's taking that leadership stance.
My belief is that when you make something your mission it's almost impossible not to sell, because your passion shines through - you can't help but put your offer forward.
This week I also discuss the importance of following up with your prospective clients - don't just let them fall by the wayside. Reach out and talk to them. Answer their questions. This was super hard for me - as crazy as it sounds, the thought of this difficult conversation made me just want to give up! But I knew I had to do it. I had to leave my comfort zone to progress my business. At first it felt difficult but when I got in flow it was far from difficult - it was joyful! And of course it did go really, really well.
You're not going to make the sale if you don't put yourself forward. Be that person who takes the uncomfortable actions, so you can become the coach you're meant to be.

February 08, 2022 076: The Magic Of Non-Attachment To Receive Miracles
It is all too easy to get attached to the outcomes of the projects that we do; we make plans, we set goals - we have precise ideas of how things should go and the results we expect.
But how about putting it to the universe? Asking for a particular outcome but stating that you are willing to compromise?
Becoming less attached to the things we so desperately want might sound counterintuitive, but it allows us to find solutions and open ourselves up to the possibility of unexpected magic.
As type A, driven businesswoman, we can hold on too tight to things, preventing us from receiving what the universe is so desperate to give us - leaving no space for miracles to drop in.
And who doesn't love a miracle?!
Sharing our personal stories and messages is a fantastic way to create transformation for your clients and this week I share my own story, about how my very own mini-miracle dropped in once I managed to relax and let go a little.
Time to loosen the reins and welcome in even more of those magical moments!
