It's no longer the intimidating mountain that you need to climb; you're simply focused on taking the very next step.
Welcome to the seventeenth episode of Action Taker Tribe. In this week’s episode we discuss how to approach tasks and projects, so we stop procrastinating and actually get things done.
We have the vision, we have the passion, so why do we sometimes feel like our goals are unreachable? That the mountain is just too hard to climb? Whether you wonder if you can hit your goals, if you can really achieve the success, the income, the impact that you dreamed you would when you first started your business, I hear you. I felt exactly the same way and in this week’s Podcast I share the knowledge and experience that has helped me overcome this and reach my goals.
I introduce the chunking technique and the Pomodoro method, both of which can be used to great effect when climbing your mountain. I discuss how you can use these to create prioritized task lists and a sequence for success, which will ultimately help you complete those needle-moving projects. Crucially, I also encourage you to look at what could potentially derail you and how you can overcome it, as well as the importance of being accountable to yourself.
I hope that this episode really does give you an action-filled week in which you are able to get on with things that perhaps have sat on your to-do list for way too long, and that you can propel your business forward as a result.

In this episode, I share how to get through that to-do list and get tasks done.
“Because building a list is something that I've realized creates 'avid avatars' - and brings your potential customer closer to you and your business.”
In today's episode, I discuss the importance of bringing your ideal clients closer to you. When your ideal customer gets to know you, then they start to like you. They start to consume all your content and they become what I like to call your “avid avatars.”
This episode is for you if you need to create an email list or grow your existing email list.
I discuss what types of opt-ins make the most sense for your clients. I also discuss why it's important to think about your long-form content.
I also discuss what I am doing to nurture my email list and how you can find the most relevant content for your own.
Finally, I discuss what you can do to turn your avid avatars into clients with specific calls to action. A call to action will help your ideal client to take the first step towards the transformation they are trying to make.

Welcome to the fifteenth episode of Action Taker Tribe! Today’s episode is all about pricing.
When we are first starting out and putting our offers together there always comes a time where we have to put a price on our services.
As a business coach the question of “What should I charge?” comes up time and again.
Why?
Shouldn’t it just be a matter of researching your industry's metrics? Well actually, beneath the question is really all of the fear of not being good enough which shows up for so many of us. It's always rumbling away in the background, sabotaging us when we try and level up.
So if this fear is something you’ve been struggling with then this episode will give you some advice on how to start pricing in a way that makes you feel good and makes sure that your clients get the transformation they are seeking.
You will be able to set your prices, feel your worth and even take action to raise your prices.
Taking action and implementing is key to your success.
Action Taker Tribe podcast is focused on how we achieve that.... whether that's by Messy Action, Inspired Action, Massive Action or Effective Action.

Today's episode is about one of the most important parts of your business, the offer.
The offer is what you, as a coach or course creator, have to give your clients to help them make the change they need or want.
Have you started to put your offers out into the world?
If you haven't, today's episode will help you take the steps necessary to get those offers into the hands of the clients that need them.
I will also share why dragging your feet on making offers means you are unable to do the impactful work that you want to.
We dive into why it's important to just start where you are. I share why it’s okay to show your clients that you are just a few steps ahead of them. Customers want to see you as an authentic person who understands where they are coming from. We all here because we want to make an impact with our clients and in our businesses.

Just one step at a time. I don't need to understand the 'how' of all of it. I just need to take one more step, take another piece of action until step-by-step everything starts falling into place and clarity comes.
Welcome to the thirteenth episode of Action Taker Tribe! In this episode, I explain how taking ‘No Action’ is actually making a choice.
Just doing nothing can have its consequences.
This is hard to see when we are stuck in overwhelm, trying to get all the things done.
This is a lesson I have learned the hard way and I explain how to get through the mindset blocks that keep us stuck. Sometimes, we know in our hearts that the life we are living isn’t serving us but we don’t take the actions we need to change it.
Maybe we are too scared. Maybe we are too set in our ways.
Whatever the reason is for you, I am here to tell you that there are people out there who need what you have to offer.
Not only do they want your product or service, but they will also gladly pay you for it.
If you are stuck or just can’t get out of your own way then this is the episode for you.
I have been there and I know that you have it in you to create the life you’ve been dreaming of. The key is massive action. It’s worked for me and in this episode, I tell you all about how I turned skills I already had into the career I really wanted.
Taking action and implementation is key to your success. Action Taker Tribe podcast is focused on how we achieve that.... whether that's by Messy Action, Inspired Action, Massive Action or Effective Action.

Welcome to the twelfth episode of Action Taker Tribe! This week's episode is something that is really common but very few of us talk about.
Some might call it a vulnerability hangover or pushback reflex. Although it doesn’t feel good, I’ll explain why you shouldn’t avoid it.
In this episode you will hear the story behind my launch of the Messy Bun Boardroom. I was doing things way out of my comfort zone and as a result I was hit with an unexpected wave of emotion which I am calling the Launch Hangover.
If you’ve ever done something really important and then had that feeling of second-guessing yourself, then you might know what I am talking about. When we take massive action on our goals in life or in business sometimes our brains can work against us in an effort to protect us.
In this episode I explain when to expect the Launch Hangover, why it happens and tips to help you cope with it. I also share why you should get comfortable with being uncomfortable. I hope you like this episode and share it with a friend if you do!

“The outcome will be even better than you expected if you approach things with ease and grace” - Jo Ingram
Welcome to the tenth episode of Action Taker Tribe. In this week’s episode, it’s all the about ease that available to all of us when building our businesses.
With personal inspiration driving my desire to increase the ease in my life, I’m throwing down the gauntlet to everyone who is struggling in feelings of struggle, to realign with feelings of ease that will change the way you feel – and the reality of how hard your day or week really needs to be.
I discuss how the universal energy is blocked when we repeat negative language that things are ‘hard’, and how to overcome this pattern.
I dive into the concept of competitive struggle (with my husband!) and how it’s time to let unhelpful thought patterns go.
Perfectionism is a massive part of the ‘struggle’ mentality, and I smash through the barriers of how we can be more honest about why we hold on to the myth that perfectionism is good.
