Panama, Barbados, the tiny Marshall Islands... These places have more in common than fine weather and sandy beaches. According to a new list drawn up by European lawmakers, they’re among the world’s biggest tax avoidance and money laundering destinations. In this week’s debate we’re asking how big the problem really is, who’s on the list, and what impact it all might have. Catherine Nicholson is joined in Strasbourg by two members of the European Parliament who spent many months investigating for a report sparked by the Panama Papers revelations.
