Kathy Wieliczko is a nurse practitioner who learned about hormone replacement therapy from Real Housewives of New Jersey. Not from school, or from her doctor, but from Bravo.
Her own GYN told her she'd go up a few dress sizes in menopause and that was just life now. Kathy said absolutely not, blocked every person she knew, started an anonymous Instagram at 52, and turned into the girlfriend we all wish we'd had. (You know, the one who tells you the truth in the back of the Uber at 2 AM.)
She gives Meg and Carrie the whole list this week. The alcohol. The Peloton habit that had her cortisol through the roof. Why she quit chasing splat points and started lifting heavy for 30 minutes instead. And then they get into peptides, GLP-1 microdosing, and the sketchy vials people are mixing at their kitchen counter like Walter White.
Pull up a chair, sis.
This is just girl friends talking, not medical advice. Go see your own provider.

Ladies... we let a man in the house.
For 120 episodes it's been us, our people, and a lot of opinions about men. This week we finally handed one the mic, and honestly? He came correct.
Garth Gerhart is a writer, a former Mad Magazine cartoonist, an Army vet, and the author of Montana Made: How Losing My Father, My Mind, and My Patience Made Me Sort Of a Better Man. (Our favorite part of that title is "sort of." His too.)
If you have a complicated dad, a diagnosis you're scared to say out loud, or a man in your life who thinks asking for help is weakness, send this one to them.
We got your back. All of you. Even the fellas, apparently.
Get the book: Available on Amazon, at Target, Barnes & Noble, and Simon & Schuster.
Follow Garth: Instagram @garthgerhart And listen: his aunt left a one star review. We're asking the Got HER Back family to go handle that.

When your morning falls apart, so does everything else, sister.
This week Carrie and Meg pull up a chair for a soul-baring sit-down with the one and only Tiffany Hendra, reality TV alum, transformation coach, and Carrie's Leo sister. What started as a chat about morning routines turned into church, therapy, and a girls' trip all rolled into one.
Tiffany gets real about white-knuckling through menopause and coming out the other side feeling reborn, like she went through the "birthing tunnel" and hit the reset button on her whole life at almost-55. The ladies dig into the hormone hell nobody warns you about: the inflammation, the insulin resistance, the adult acne, the frozen shoulder, and the weight that piles on no matter how hard you Peloton.
But this one goes deeper than hormones. We're talking about the sweaty, yucky, six-weekends-on-the-couch conversations that saved a 22-year marriage. Healing people-pleasing and codependency. Learning to mother yourself after a lifetime of accepting crumbs. And the game-changing truth that your nervous system can only hold so much until you regulate it and watch your whole world explode.

Meg and Carrie are back for a fired-up part two on the topic that got them riled up last episode: compulsive lying.
In this candid Got HER Back Monday conversation, the hosts break down the difference between harmless white lies and the dangerous, manipulative kind: the pathological liars who are so charming and "godly" on the surface that no one questions them, until you've already lived a lie for years. They dig into where compulsive lying comes from (learned behavior, childhood chaos, or genetics), the real-world stakes of lying in a court of law, and the red flags to watch for in dating, from secret double lives to mysteriously replaced cell phones.
Plus, the receipts: why Carrie has never deleted a text since 2005 and what 94,000 screenshots can do for your peace of mind. If gaslighting has ever made you question your own reality, this honest, funny episode is your reminder to stand on the facts — and to leave the liars behind in 2026.

On this episode of Got HER Back, Meg and Carrie break down Netflix's chilling true-crime documentary Maternal Instinct — the real story of Taylor Parker, the Texas woman who faked a nine-month pregnancy and murdered her friend Reagan Simmons-Hancock to steal her unborn baby.
From the blood-soaked traffic stop near Idabel, Oklahoma to the $8 million inheritance lie, the fake baby bumps, the secret hysterectomy, and the bomb threat that bought her one more day, the girls unpack every jaw-dropping red flag the whole town saw coming.
They dig into how HIPAA left doctors powerless to warn anyone, why boyfriend "Wade the Hog Hunter" kept drinking the Kool-Aid, and how Parker ended up as the youngest woman on Texas death row.
Grab your red flag and press play — then tell us in the comments if you've seen a case crazier than this one.

Luke Bryan, beta blockers, and betrayal — it's all on the table this week. Carrie and Meg kick off with Carrie’s girl's night at the Luke Bryan concert before diving headfirst into the Summer House reunion, and honey, they have thoughts.
They break down the three-part reunion, call out Wes for being a stone-faced walking red flag, and pour one out for Sierra — the friend who championed Amanda every season only to get stabbed in the back. But then things get personal: Andy Cohen's offhand comment about beta blockers sent Carrie down a rabbit hole, and she's dropping a wild revelation about how 20 years of heart medication may have been quietly flattening her emotions — through Bora Bora, Bali, affairs, and everything in between.
The girls also weigh in on what Sierra's glow-up means for the future of the show, why cancel culture can kill a reality TV career overnight, and what it says about a woman's self-esteem when she fights over a man who — let's be honest — is not even cute. Team Sierra, always.

The Karmelo Anthony verdict has everybody talking, and Carrie and Meg are not holding back.
In this episode, the girls break down the Frisco track meet stabbing that took 17-year-old Austin Metcalf's life and led to Carmelo Anthony's 35-year sentence, and they're coming at it from every angle: the race debate, the all-white jury, the GoFundMe controversy, and what the justice system really looks like up close.
It's a hard, honest conversation about bullying, bad decisions, grief, racism, and a court system that doesn't always get it right. Nobody won in this case, and Got HER Back isn't pretending otherwise.

If you've ever made excuses for someone who just wasn't showing up, this episode is your wake-up call.
Meg and Carrie dig into one of their most-quoted mantras: if he wanted to, he would. From planning dates to sending a simple text, the ladies break down how actions (or the lack of them) tell you everything you need to know with no decoding required.
Megan opens up about how Devin's consistent love and radical transparency transformed her from a woman waiting for the bubble to burst into someone running on all cylinders. They also talk about passing these lessons on to their kids, why ultimatums never work, and the danger of falling in love with potential over reality.
Real talk, real love, and a few laughs along the way. This one hits home.
