2 story Apartments-Not much showing

Met in courtyard by neighbor reporting person trapped.

Told Crew where she sleeps

Heavy smoke visible now

Bystanders broke out window and started spraying water

Debris in window (VES not best option)

Search from front door

Went straight to bedroom where they were told vict was.

Heavy clutter, searched and couldn’t find victim

After second search in that room L4 found deceased victim in from room
