1/2 way to scene notified of “entrapment”

3 patients out and grandma in back bedroom first floor-EMS report

Split crew-search/attack

Initial deck gun then followed up with 2” line.

Heat spike until line came in and started flowing.

First floor clear, crew made way to second floor-radio from  outside that someone came out a window onto porch roof.

Crew found conscious vict on porch roof.

Ground ladder-thrown got energized, bucket from ladder truck was as well.

Capt jumped into bucket, vict reached out and got shocked.

Assisted by other members had to bring vict through house.
