Homeowner states wife inside and points to window

C side report, VES 2nd floor window

Windows small 4-5’ off ground

Bedroom door open, met up with crew from inside-gave them directions, closed the door and searched the room.

Found victim on bed 

Combat challenge style drag, additional help came.

Victim brought out with assistance of Mike Pressler.

Arrival to removal 4 minutes
