But how does gratitude impact those who struggle with depression and anxiety? Research shows that a daily practice of gratitude has significant psychological benefits for those who struggle with depression and anxiety. This week, you're invited to take part in a guided Gratitude Journey. Each day you'll take part in a gratitude meditation to improve your mental health.
