"I am surprised that working in the business world, combined with my own spiritual practices, has made me a softer person. I went in thinking that productivity and efficiency would be the highest values but I'm finding that people skills are even more important and that managing my emotions in where I put most of my energy on a daily basis."   - Fellow Meditator, Amy Mills   We already know that for most people, gratitude is a powerful way to feel more at peace in the world.
