"Dean" grew up in  non-denominational Churches that sometimes identified as Fundamentalist. At a young age, he started to realize that the things he was being taught about young earth creationism, the LGBTQ community, and biblical literalism might not be what he believed after all.

Now a practicing Buddhist, Dean encourages everyone to explore your own personal beliefs, getting a second opinion on the "truth," and understanding that there is more to life than hiding who you really are.
