Summary:

Navigating family relationships can be challenging and having a family member with ADHD makes it even more complex. During these times of uncertainty, underlying tension and miscommunication amongst family members leads to more conflict and stress. Coping with uncertainty because of the coronavirus is something that families are doing now, but life in general is full of uncertainties. How can couples and family members maintain good relationships during this challenging time?

In this ADHD 365 podcast, Dr. Ari Tuckman offers expert information and tips on ways parents and couples can navigate through these challenges. He discusses how family members cope with uncertainty differently and how to be respectful of those differences and manage it together.
