In this session, we use the technique of Gibberish to completely empty our mind. This then allows us to go deeper into our meditation practice as we have a clean slate, a silent mind.
So what is Gibberish? We let ourselves go completely, we let our expressions out through the mouth, through sounds, in a language that does not exist.
By letting our minds out like this, it allows us to reach an even higher degree of silence in our meditation.
The magic only happens when you let it all go.
