Habit Stacking is a strategy where you link a new habit to an existing one. You use the routine you're already consistent with as a trigger- such as showering or brushing your teeth - for the new action to be completed. 

Habit stacking can make it easier to adopt new behaviors and can help them become more automatic over time.
