It's hard to believe Half Acre Brewing Co. is now considered a veteran of the Chicago craft beer scene. But 14 years will change a lot of things. Co-founder Gabriel Magliaro sits down with the Barrel to Bottle crew to discuss the history of the brewery and the challenges they've faced over the last decade plus.
