Galit: My tip of the week is google.com. Google.com has been my best friend. It's the place where I go and I use keywords to search for what I want to accomplish. Use keywords, search for what you want to do. There are so many courses, books, education out there at your fingertips. Don't let your "How" stop you from getting what you want, because it's out there.
