As we dive into this episode, we discuss the Hardrock 100 what it was like from their perspective while crewing Harmony’s husband, Dylan Bowman. Harmony is not only the wife of Dylan Bowman but she also plays a major role working behind the scenes on the business they are building called “Freetrail”. Freetrail is a company dedicated to the life- changing sport of trail running- focusing media, training and events. On the flip side, Ryan is the content creative mind with Freetrail and brings all the visions to life across multiple platforms while running many ultra’s himself. This duo along with Dylan have made monstrous leaps in building a brand that we have all come to love.
