In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan talks about the promotion of Hardy Haman Aktell to the big team the Capitals. Aktell is a tough rugged two-way defenseman that has a scoring element to his game. The Caps need a jump start to their lack luster start. I think Aktell at least in part is the answer to that problem. Later Dan talks about the trade chatter with NHL "experts" linking Conor Garland as the Caps being a good landing spot for him.
