"The prosecution sort of has to...buttress their case, have something else besides Kayla Montgomery's questionable believability," Faddis explained.

Discussing Adam Montgomery's absence from his trial, Faddis speculated on the defense strategy, suggesting that limiting the jury's exposure to Montgomery might be a tactic to neutralize the negative impact of his presence. "Perhaps the defense thinks...by limiting the exposure of the jury to my client who presents terribly...that is some sort of small win," Faddis posited.
