Darryl Murphy Sr is a Managing Partner with a proven track record in real estate investing since the early 1990s. With extensive experience owning and managing properties across multiple states, he has a comprehensive understanding of real estate markets and the investment landscape. Currently, he owns 24 units with 42 self-storage units in Dayton, TX, 80 units in Vicksburg, MS, and land in Chester, Pennsylvania, and has gone full cycle on 104 units in Augusta, GA. Darryl is also part of a team that collectively owns over $90 million worth of apartments and over 6,500 units.

With a focus on continuous learning and professional development, Darryl has completed various educational programs and courses related to real estate. His qualifications include completion of Nursing, as well as advanced real estate courses such as Commercial Real Estate Certification, Real Estate Syndication, and Multifamily Real Estate Investing. Darryl is also an advisor and board member for several investment groups with a strong community focus.
