THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: Healing Water

Include a water element in your meditation space this week. A bowl of water with a floating flower, or a fountain is soothing to your soul. Spend time near water this week and soak in its healing elements.

THIS WEEK'S MEDITATION TECHNIQUES:  

Day 1:  Visualization to calm your mind, body, and soul

Day 2:  Affirmation: "I open up to the flow of life all around me."

Day 3:  Inhale Peace. Exhale Calm.

Day 4:  Vismaya Mudra to provide a deeper meaning to your life

Day 5:  2nd chakra for opportunity

Day 6:  Layer Meditation Techniques

Day 7:  Reflection + Introspection
