Structured Scheduling - Prioritize and plan your days ahead of time including holiday activities, rest, and self-care so I know how to use my time wisely.
Mindful eating and Regular Exercise - Balance and pay attention to the portion you eating. Especially during holidays. Get your body to move and work, and be mindful of what you’re eating.
Effective Delegation - Plan ahead of time with your team and or a Virtual Assistant to help you free up your time. Anticipate what’s coming.
Network in an effective Way - choose what events align with you personally and what events you have a meaningful connection to and join those organizations and communities.
