I think, given that we live in such busy lifestyles, most of us
are juggling several things at once.

juggle so many things and it can be hard to know what to prioritize and how to
This concept of balance as much as I love the idea of balance.
Sometimes it's just not possible and that's just the hard truth. Whether it's
that you're unwell or you've got a new phase of life, you're really busy with
work, you've got family commitments, like there's a million different things
that could get in the way of you having a balance and being able to prioritize
everything that you need to prioritize.
It's not necessarily trying to find the perfect balance, but
it's figuring out your non negotiables and also being ok that sometimes things
will slip. There will be seasons in your life where those things that slip
you'll be able to get on top of.
I'm just in the season of mess and that's ok and it might be the
same, you might have some health issues going on or you're so slammed with work
and looking after your family and other things that your health just right now
isn't a priority for you.
Focus on something that you can do or that you are doing and
feel good about yourself for what you are doing because you know what life is
tough, adulthood is tough.
But at the end of the day, you're hanging in there and you're
still here and you're doing the best you can and you deserve to give yourself a
pat on the back for that and feel good for what you are doing.
