Happy Monday! Brie is back on the mic after a few unexpected events that made her change the direction of the episode, and the new destination for today's show is love and self-expression.

Switching things up on today's episode, things start with Inspiration & Affirmation. Brie's been putting a lot of work into connecting with the audience for this series of solo episodes, and it's pushed her creative boundaries in a good way. Self-expression is a topic that's been coming up in her life lately. From small moments to big examples, connecting with aspects of individuality for herself and for others is something that's screaming for her attention. Lately, she's been connecting with self-expression that reminds her of loved ones, some of which are no longer with us. 

Before sitting down to tape today's episode, Brie got two calls today that reinforced the fact that life is unpredictable. The loss of a lifelong family friend and a concerning call about her mother, Kathy, brought her day to a screeching halt and forced her to be mentally and emotionally present.

Tying it all together, Brie realizes that what unites all of us is our need for love and human connection.
