Rebecca Henson talks with Dietitian Boss Chelsea in today’s episode.  Chelsea Crawford is a Registered Dietitian from San Antonio, Tx. Prior to COVID, she managed a teaching kitchen while offering counseling services in a community setting. This is where she found her desire to help Moms, like her, lose weight and prioritize their health. She believes weight loss should include all foods and is more about sustainable changes, building healthy habits, and most importantly, learning how to prepare quick delicious meals.
