Our first episode of 2021 will help you put your best foot forward in January - we focus on the Blue Monday 'formula' to help you through some of the practical and emotional challenges that January brings, with a bit of lockdown advice thrown in. We talk the importance of connection, letting go of things out of our control, and discuss some of the reasons why your New Years resolutions may not be going to plan. Our top-level maths skills get tested, and we commit to the things we are going to do to put our best foot forward in 2021 (not buying new shoes!)
(Caveat - we talk about the new moon phase, which was actually on the day we recorded last week - but good advice to bear in mind for the next one, nonetheless!)
