Keep Going
Today we’re talking about how to keep going.
And it starts with letting one big question go: What if I can’t do it?
We’re going to let that go—with love.
When you ask that question, your brain immediately starts finding proof. It’s doing its job. It will show you all the reasons why you can’t.
But why go in that direction?
Pause. Take a deep breath. Interrupt it.
You can even physically look in a different direction—just to break the loop.
You don’t have to entertain that question.
Instead, ask:
What are all the reasons I am doing this?
That gives your brain something useful to work with.
No one starts knowing exactly how to do something. Think about an Olympian. They don’t come out knowing every step. At some point, they decide—this is what I want, and I’m going to figure it out.
And even along the way, the work is never wasted.
You build relationships, endurance, discipline, trust in yourself. Those are real results.
Growth isn’t just achieving the goal—it’s becoming someone who can handle new emotions.
Fear, embarrassment, pressure, excitement.
When you get familiar with those, you grow.
Letting go of “I can’t” is choosing to keep going anyway.
You might not have all the answers yet—but you’re not quitting.
You’ll feel things. You’ll figure things out.
If both are available—why not choose the one that gets you where you want to go?
