Make Success Simple
Success gets complicated when we use goals to measure our worth.
That’s where a lot of pressure comes from.
In this episode, I talk about how to simplify success and stop using goals against yourself.
Big goals are amazing. I love them. But there’s a huge difference between:
setting a goal because you want the experience and growthusing a goal to decide if you’re “good enough”That second one will exhaust you.
Success becomes a lot simpler when you stop waiting until the very end to celebrate yourself.
You are not failing in the middle.
I share how celebrating small moments along the way actually helps you keep going instead of burning out or quitting. Things like:
making the planfollowing through for one daynoticing doubt without stoppingdoing something even when it feels uncomfortableI also talk about how our brains naturally look for problems and danger, which can pull our focus away from what’s already working.
You don’t need to do everything perfectly to be successful.
You don’t need to “earn” celebration.
You can make success simpler, lighter, and more enjoyable right now.
