In this episode we were fortunate to interview Stuart Mosman (Sales and Marketing Manager) at Hentley Farm, Barossa Valley, South Australia ( @‌HentleyFarm ). Stuart and the team at Hentley Farm were very hospitable and showed us around their cellar door and setup a great spot for a tasting.  They even gave us the opportunity to see the last 'true' Jimmy Watson trophy in the flesh. 

We walked away from this interview learning so much, understanding Stuart’s wine journey, understanding Hentley Farm’s owner, Keith's, meticulous planning and how it flows through to the quality of their wines, and the style of their chief winemaker Andrew Quin.
