  • Class | Sage Country Herbs Foundational Nutrition

Understanding Nutrition is difficult and we are flooded with contradiction in marketing. Nutrition is not about buying products. You can spend a lot of money on nutrient-dense products and not be absorbing those nutrients.

Foundational Nutrition is understanding how your body works with the macro and micronutrients needed for you to thrive. Shana Grover has been teaching nutrition for over 15 years and has received great feedback on how basic changes in perspective and understanding can create long term change in the quality of life. Join Sage Country Herbs for this fascinating and entertaining class!

Motherwort's latin name, Leonurus cardiaca, is depicted from the Greek word leon (lion), ouros (tail), and cardiaca, giving meaning to the heart.
