Today on the podcast my guest is Joel Hanna. Joel is a professional dancer, musician, martial artist, activist and writer dedicated to changing the lives of those around him.
Joel is also the founder of a women's martial arts program in India called "Fighting for Change".
In this episode, Joel shares his experience mentoring and guiding kids through varying forms of meditation and we also touch on the idea of play as inspired exercise and how the fun and imagination we once had as kids has simply been taught out of us.
We discuss habit stacking and how changing the little things you do each day can transform your life in the long term.
Joel also talks about the importance of adopting multiple meditation techniques for any given moment depending on our current state of being.
