Sometimes we're lucky enough to meet wonderful people, who then introduce us to equally wonderful people, and the cycle continues to perpetuate. This is my situation with Holly, the beautiful sister of one of my nearest and dearest friends, Britt. 

Over the last year I've had the privilege and honor of getting to know Holly, and immediately understood how sweet, generous and compassionate her soul is. She has been so supportive and kind to me through one of the hardest times in my life, and I feel so thankful to get to call her a friend. I know you'll love her too!

Holly originally started Melrose Leather in 2017, and jumped into it as a full-time venture in January of 2022.

This story is an important chapter in "The Book of Tiff", if you will. San Diego broke me apart to put me back together again.

I'm going to let this episode speak for itself rather than go off on a witty tangent or list here. I worked super hard on it, and it's taken a copious amount of time to make. I've had many awkward and honestly soul-defeating experiences with hair stylists over the years. It took me a long time to understand how important it is to have someone I have fun with and feel safe around work with me.

The process itself takes hours, and is actually quite vulnerable. Those like me who rarely leave the house due to crippling anxiety need a person who truly accepts us as we are.
