Dylan and his partner made a commitment to themselves to grow their portfolio by $100 million over a 12 month period. For most, this type of growth would seem near impossible by Dylan and his partner have exercised the BRRRR method to perfection and have grown utilitzed key private lenders to get the funds needed to do this. On the refinance end, given the sheer volume of their efforts, they are working with commercial lenders that are assisting them in the "refinance" portion of the BRRRR.
