Hiring top quality audiologists is essential to achieving great success in your clinic not to mention a fantastic rapport with your patients, so finding the right person to fit the job – for the right money, has been somewhat of a challenge this year. But fear not, with crystal ball in hand, let me tell you why I can see a light at the end of the tunnel, and what my predictions are for the next few years.
