We had to go to court this week to evict two tenants from a buy to let property that we own. I came home and wanted to get my thoughts voiced so that I could help you if you have to evict someone from a property. I am not a legal advisor or a solicitor - these are my ramblings about how you should deal with it if this issue ever affects you.
