Holidays are upon us. The year is ending. I hear a lot of people commenting on the “stress” and the intensity around us. If you don’t have a short fuse at the moment, this will still be valuable. We all need these gentle reminders. 

This episode is about “Holding the Love Line”.

Ok…I know how hard this may feel right now. 

We are being pushed and tested. Or are we? 

I want to offer the gift of perspective and also remember that we cannot barter pain. 

Your experience is yours and it is all relative. 

That being said, in ALL situations we can choose love.

We can also get mad as hell. We can say our peace. We can defend ourselves and all of it can come from love.

The key is where and how you feel it. What are you trying to achieve? Is it manipulation or winning. Is your end goal to feel peace? Or is it rightness? Is it justice? Is it for healing?

In all of these instances, LOVE is a choice. 

LOVE has powerful fight energy. 

WE are not levitating in the woods. Let me say it again, LOVE and sass can co-exist. 

Hate and Love cannot share a bed. That is a no fly zone. 

Boundaries on the other hand are rooted in love when presented with transparency and compassion. This episode has scripts you can follow to manage common holiday woes.
