We are officially in the thick of it and by "it" I mean the holiday season... For some, this is a super exciting, fun, and even "best time of the year" but for others, it can be quite the opposite. Even if you fall somewhere in between, I think we can all use a little help + advice to surviving the holiday season. Whether you struggle with lacking the "holiday spirit" due to grief/loss/etc. or maybe stressed with the thought of gift giving due to financial struggle, I promise you you're not alone. In this episode, we'll talk through these common hardships and ways to navigate the season that best serves us.
