In this episode, I give a run down of SEVEN* gluten-free cakes that are not just my favourite gluten free cakes but among my favourite all-time cakes full stop. Three of them are new to the podcast: Nigella's Chocolate Olive Oil Cake, Valeria Necchio's Torta di Nocciole (Hazelnut Cake) with Lemon Swiss Meringue Buttercream, Rukmini Iyer's Tarta de Santiago. 3/7 of these cakes also happen to be dairy free. I'm on a mission to convince you that gluten free cakes may in many cases actually be better than cakes with gluten or wheat flour.
