Today's episode is part two of my conversation with my husband Dan. Last week we talked a lot about how we navigated coping with PMDD when I was at its worst. Today's we are focusing a lot more on as I started to improve the symptoms and really embark on the healing journey. We talk about ways that we've had to navigate coping mechanisms that are still lingering; and ways that we continue to work with and adapt to and accommodate each other's differences.
