This is a question we get all the time! There are different schools of thought and Chris and Christian have slightly varying takes. As Chris sees it, offering to pay CP time on warranty work isn't as good of a recruiting tool as you might think it is. Being able to pay $45/hour because you understand how to manipulate your ELR is much better. As Christian sees it, offering this perk can actually be a decent sign of creativity depending on your market/brand, because we want to do really good work regardless. So it can be a tool in your arsenal, but you're going to need to modify your ELR to make it work regardless. What do you think? Let us know in the comments!
