And the way leaders increase the chances for those insights or innovations to happen is when they can put lots and lots of people from lots of different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives together. And develop this architecture of participation where people who wouldn’t otherwise be talking or otherwise wouldn’t be on a project team, people who otherwise wouldn’t be in the same room are in fact in the same room.
