Tommy Harr, born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, leveraged his background in home inspection and blue-collar skills to build a successful career in real estate investing. After playing college athletics and graduating, Tommy initially followed in his father's footsteps as a home inspector but soon discovered the potential of real estate investing. By applying his hands-on expertise to property wholesaling, flipping, and rentals, he reached millionaire status by 27, enabling him to retire his mother and, eventually, his wife.

Today, Tommy continues to expand his rental portfolio while teaching others nationwide how to achieve financial freedom through real estate. He shares insights and strategies through his Instagram and social media, helping others make the most of their skillsets in real estate.
