I hope this Closer Today clip makes you LOL! We've all been there - the overwhelming feeling that our new diet and lifestyle can make us have in beginning. It's hard to change habits, especially if you're not getting overnight results. 

I totally agree that sometimes it's more stress than it needs to be, but I hope like AJ & myself that over time you'll see the benefits and even love some of the changes you've made!
