I didn’t start 75 Hard to lose weight. I really started it because I didn’t recognize who I was anymore. For years, I told myself I needed to get consistent, but the truth was I had become comfortable making excuses. This challenge was my wake-up call. It pushed me to deny myself, rebuild discipline, and lean on God in ways I never had before.
