Sean spent 6 years with 1st Battalion Welsh Guards, serving as a PTI and one year with the reserves. Sean holds the positions of Managing Director of Forces Fitness Ltd, Founder of the Veterans Awards CIC and is also an ambassador for the Welsh Governments' Big Ideas Wales program.
