Stella and Tony are back but unfortunately, Ted takes the high road. Barney tries to charm his way out of 15 speeding tickets and fails each time.

While the writers try to fool us into thinking this episode is vital in Ted meeting the titular mother, it's actually just a fun discourse on graphs and charts....plus Barney goes for the big 200.

Barney, Marshall and Stan intercede in Ted's love life to make sure he doesn't pull a Ted Mosby. Instead, he ends up dating a Ted Mosby.

Ted launches Mosbius designs and hires an assistant that Robin can't resist. Barney helps Marshall find a niche at work to avoid getting fired.

Barney and Ted face off on challenging each of them to act their age....using Danny Glover as an inspiration. Lily and Marshall face off on appropriate coaching techniques....and there's a Teen Wolf!!!

Marshall and Barney try to keep Ted from finding out that his GNB project has been cancelled, Guy Ritchie style. Lily needs to know what Canadian celebrity Robin slept with, what he collected and what suggested sex act ruined the night.

The brilliant follow up to Sorry Bro, we get more Karen; Lily the relationship wrecker; Robin's greatest day at work; Barney and Marshall in nightgowns....errr shirts.

In one of the most brilliant runs of HIMYM, Karen, Ted's college girlfriend moves to New York and is brilliant in all her pretentious glory. Also, Barney is tickled by Marshall forgetting to bring pants to work.

This bottle episode centers around Barney's deception to convince his mom (we finally meet Loretta) that he is a family man by hiring an actress and actor to play his wife and kids.....the gang gets involved in hilarious ways.

In possibly the most compelling Immigration tale of our times, Robin faces deportation if she can't find a job. Barney comes to her aid with some multimedia assistance. Through some resume exploration, we are faced with the mystery of who was Dr. X.
