When I talk to clients, I often run into resistance when I bring up establishing boundaries because they want to stay open and available to anything that comes their way.
Good boundaries are key for any relationship's success and can be very supportive if approached without guilt or shame.
Today, I want to show you how you can keep an eye on your capacity for other people while still being compassionate. By being more intentional about what you say yes to, you are able to control your energy and emotions.
Setting up boundaries can teach others how you want to be treated, creating a healthier connection between you.
