    Back in 2006, the show started out as something to help women balance their lives. Through the years, the show has developed into the place of inspiration + possibility for listeners around the world to create their best life.

    Suffering from severe panic attacks, raising an amazing daughter who was a challenge, isn t that true of parenting, and a marriage on the rocks. Does this sound familiar? Are these glimpses into your own life?

    Jen Louden has been there. She is the one with the panics attacks, daughter and troubled marriage even though her work was super successful. At times she felt like she was failing.

She s written five more books, including The Woman s Retreat Book and The Life Organizer that have inspired more than a million women in 9 languages.
