Have you ever wanted to completely redirect your career path? For most of her life, Emily Groden was determined to follow in the footsteps of her parents and become a successful lawyer. It wasn’t until after Emily landed a job at the firm of her dreams that she realized she wasn’t pursuing her passion. After taking a chance on herself, Emily finally found true success. Today, she is the Founder and CEO of Evergreen, a company that happily provides families across the country with a natural option for frozen waffles.
For most of her life, Emily has been passionate about all things food. It wasn’t until she was a mom that Emily realized that quick-but healthy- breakfast options were not available. Unable to sacrifice quality and nutrition, Emily took matters into her own hands and created the Evergreen waffle. What initially started as a way to feed her family, quickly became a massive success on the national level. Today, Evergreen is located in more than 65 Whole Foods Markets and has plans to soon be on the shelves of a Sprout’s near you!
