It can be hard to know how to ask a question in various Facebook groups or forums you may be a part of. My biggest tip is to start by asking "who can help me with XYZ?" and find the person who can answer your question before you ask it. When you're asking a question the goal is to be as clear and closed-ended as possible to make it easy for someone to answer you quickly. When answering others' questions, don't write a dissertation back if they haven't been clear, ask a few clarifying questions first.
